AvatarStaging is a framework dedicated to theatrical experiments with digital avatars and physical performers in mixed reality scenery using low cost and accessible tools.
This site focuses on sharing knowledge coming from artistic, research and teaching explorations with AvatarStaging from Georges Gagneré, Cédric Plessiet and their collaborators. It is supported by didascalie.net platform.
We use low-cost motion capture devices and Unreal4 game engine for the 3D digital scenery.
